Firms instructing ten or more traces a month pay £120 per trace on a monthly invoice. A mobile number, an email address or a property ownership check (who owns the address we find, from HM Land Registry) are optional extras at £30 each, charged only if you ask for them and we deliver them; the trace itself does not need them. You are only ever charged when we find the person.

No. Your card is saved by our payment provider and nothing is charged. Money leaves your account only when we deliver a current registered address rated Confirmed or Probable. Most "no find, no fee" services take payment first and refund on failure; we never take it in the first place.

Yes. Email us or use the message box on your tracking page with your reference. Cancelling before the trace starts is free. Once the trace is under way the searches have been run and paid for, so a cancellation carries the £60 work-started fee rather than the trace fee. The same fee applies on a consent-based reconnection when we find the person and pass on your message but they decline or do not reply. Not found is always free.

A dated report with the person’s current registered UK address and our confidence rating: Confirmed, Probable or Possible, verified by a private investigator before it is released. If you tick them when you instruct, optional extras add a mobile number or an email address where they are on file, or who owns the address we find according to HM Land Registry, at an extra cost each. You do not need them for the trace.

It is the address the person is currently registered at according to the records we check. In the great majority of cases that is where they live. Occasionally someone is registered at a family member’s or partner’s address they do not sleep at, which is why every report carries a confidence rating rather than a promise.

The rare exception is someone who has deliberately left no record anywhere in their own name. When that happens we tell you plainly and you are not charged.

Anyone with a legitimate reason: people owed money, landlords, solicitors, executors, businesses, process servers and individuals with a legal claim. We verify who you are before we start.

Full legal name and at least one of a date of birth or a previous address. Anything else helps: other names, approximate age, phone numbers, email addresses, employer, partner or relatives.

Our service covers the United Kingdom. If the evidence shows someone has moved abroad we will tell you, there is no charge, and we can quote separately for an international enquiry.

Only where there is a legal purpose such as court proceedings, child maintenance enforcement or a debt. We do not trace people for personal reasons other than consent-based reconnection, and we refuse anything that looks like harassment.

The data about the person we traced is deleted 12 months after the case closes. The record of your instruction, meaning who instructed us, the purpose, the declaration you made and what was delivered, is kept for six years so that we can answer complaints, regulatory enquiries and legal claims, as our privacy notice sets out. Firm account records are kept for the life of the account plus six years.

What differs is how it is delivered: you instruct online in five minutes at a fixed price, a dated report with a confidence rating comes back within the time you chose, and nothing is charged unless we deliver. You instruct online, any card works, the fee is in pounds and your bank converts it, and the report arrives by email as a dated PDF. Timings run in UK working days.
