Yes. Every report sets out the current registered address, the confidence rating and the date, with your matter reference. On request we provide a signed statement for exhibiting to a certificate or statement of service.

A person, every time. Trace Bureau is run by a professional investigator, and every instruction is read before work starts, worked by a tracer and signed off before the report is released. Nothing is an automated database print-out.

Because the price reflects the work, not the letterhead. Firms have routinely paid £300 and more for a trace that arrives as an address in an email. Ours is £150 as a single instruction and £120 on a firm account, with a dated, rated report you can exhibit, and nothing at all when we cannot find them.

Yes, whoever instructs. Anyone acting for a client or an organisation instructs on the professional list at the same price, which comes with the matter reference on the report, a signed statement on request, a free re-check within 60 days and business terms. The instruction form asks which applies, and the terms say the professional list applies to professional instructions whichever box was ticked.

One invoice a month, each line carrying your matter reference, so disbursements go straight onto the ledger. Paid by bank transfer on 14-day terms.

Nothing is invoiced. You receive a short note of what was checked, which is often useful in itself for an application for service by an alternative method.

Yes. Your account has a shared case list, and any fee earner can instruct online or by bulk upload. Every case shows who instructed it and when.

Priority is worked the day it is accepted and delivered within 2 to 3 working days. Use it for hearings, limitation dates and claim deadlines. A 24-hour service at £250 is currently unavailable, so Priority is the fastest on offer.

The full legal name plus a date of birth or a previous address. A last known address from the file is usually enough. The more you send, the higher the confidence rating.
