We need the full legal name plus at least one of: date of birth or a previous address. The more you add, the faster and surer the result.

5. Your declaration

Nearly done. Almost everyone who instructs us has a straightforward reason: money owed, a tenant who left, papers to serve, an estate to settle, a relative to find. If that is you, these three boxes take a moment.

They matter because we only find people for a genuine reason. We keep a record of your answers, and giving false details to obtain someone's address can be a criminal offence. The detail is in our terms.
