£120 per trace from ten a month for solicitors, insolvency and recovery practices and letting and managing agents, at Standard speed (3 to 5 working days), with Priority at £200 (2 to 3 working days). A portal for every fee earner, bulk upload, an API, matter references on every case and one monthly invoice. The same charged-only-on-a-find rule applies to every case. Instruct your way

Single cases in the portal, a spreadsheet of subjects by bulk upload, or straight from your case-management system through the API. Each becomes its own case with its own reference, tracking and PDF report.

Shared case list

Everyone in your firm signs in with an emailed link, no passwords. Everyone sees the status of every trace, who instructed it and when, and downloads reports for the file.

One invoice

Found traces are invoiced monthly with your matter reference on every line, paid by bank transfer on 14-day terms. No card per case, no reconciling receipts.
