Trace a former tenant
Find a tenant who left owing rent or damages
Landlords and letting agents instruct us when a tenant has left without a forwarding address. A current registered address lets you claim a deposit shortfall, recover arrears or serve a claim.
Who instructs this
Private landlords, letting and managing agents, housing associations, deposit dispute claimants.
How it works
- Give us the tenant’s name, the property and the dates of the tenancy.
- Add any phone numbers, employer or guarantor details you have.
- We report the current registered address, charged only on a find.
Questions about this
Do you need the tenancy agreement?
Not to start. If a purpose looks unclear we may ask for it before releasing a result.
Can I trace a guarantor as well?
Yes. Each person is a separate trace and each is charged only if found.
